Chacho has been building businesses since his teens. From selling chocolate bars door-to-door to operating a window cleaning company throughout high school and college, he has entrepreneurial DNA.

Over the past 9 years, he’s channeled that into early-stage investing, backing over 75 pre-seed companies and most recently leading the investment team at Techstars Detroit. Beyond capital, he's supported portfolio companies with fundraising, branding and storytelling, team building, and operational challenges. He brings calm energy and deep empathy to the founder journey.

Chacho is an avid runner training for his 5th marathon. When he's not on the trails, you'll likely find him learning from the likes of Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett over the latest trending business books.
